In 2010 Stepnell's Minster College PFI project received not only the regional award for Collaboration & Integration in the CC10 awards but went on to win in the national Constructing Excellence awards. The project sets exemplary standards of performance in many aspects and has won other awards as well.

It is one of the limited number of projects being monitored by the Strategic Forum for Construction.

David Brill, the Stepnell Director responsible for Design & Build and Project Management Services, is also Chairman of the National Federation of Builder's Continuous Improvement Club which operates in the West Midlands.

David presented the NFB Club and what it does - and of course, the benefits that its members get from taking part with peer group similar companies using bespoke KPIs which suit their needs.
