The Local Democracy Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 comes into force on 1 October 2011. Keith Blizzard, Partner at Shakespeares Solicitors, will review the changes brought about by the Act, as well as advising both employers, contractors and sub-contractors on what they need to know to best protect their position from 1 October 2011. (having particular experience of residential and commercial
